Resort Information

Hotel room check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Lodge check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

There is plenty of parking available around the Resort, including at the hotel, lodges and leisure centre. Spaces are not allocated, but all lodges have adjacent parking.

There are currently no EV charge points on site. We recommend using ChargePlace Scotland to find the nearest stations.

Reception is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A night porter is available outside standard hours.

Yes. The main hotel, restaurant, bar, reception and ground floor facilities are wheelchair accessible. There is no lift in the hotel, and hotel rooms are located on the first floor via stairs.

Some three bedroom lodges have ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Two lodges are fully accessible with walk-in showers, wider doorways, and shower seats. Should you require an accessible lodge please contact Reception directly. None are fitted with handrails.

Yes. Guests with additional needs are asked to inform Reception, so staff can assist in the event of an evacuation.

Guests can contact the British Red Cross on 01738 622474 to hire mobility aids including wheelchairs, commodes, and bathing equipment.

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available at Reception and in the Leisure Centre.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Resort. You may connect up to four devices per lodge or hotel room.

Safes are provided in lodges only. Hotel rooms do not have safes.

All accommodation includes Freeview and selected Sky channels. Sky Sports is available in the bar only.

Yes. Recycling facilities are located next to the courtyard lodges.

We always do our best to place multiple bookings close together, but we cannot guarantee this.

Items found are kept for a maximum of three months. Please contact Reception if you believe you’ve left something behind.

Yes. Monteaths Restaurant offers award-winning dining using local produce. The Gatehouse Bar serves drinks and casual meals, and the Leisure Centre Café provides light bites and snacks.

Yes. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any allergies or special diets (e.g. coeliac, nut-free), and we’ll notify the kitchen.

Yes, The Gatehouse Bar regularly hosts live music. Details are available from Reception or on our Dining Page.

Smoking is allowed outdoors across the grounds. Please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly. Smoking indoors is prohibited.

Selected lodges are dog-friendly. A maximum of two dogs per lodge is permitted, at £75 per dog. Advance booking is essential. Dogs are not permitted in hotel rooms, Monteaths or the main bar (except registered assistance dogs).

While we can note requests, we cannot guarantee a pet has not previously stayed in a lodge.
